At Benny's Moving & Storage, our staff can make your move care-free
with expert packing services. We use materials designed specifically for moving and our trained personnel can safely and efficiently pack all your possessions.

If you do choose to pack for yourself, we will gladly deliver any moving materials that you may require.

Packing Tips for Residential Customers
The following tips will ensure your belongings arrive in good condition:

• Pack cartons smugly:- Use un-printed news paper to fill in the empty spaces. Fill cartons to the top. When stacked, half filled cartons tend to get crushed. Wrap items that could be scratched.
• Stay under fifty pounds per carton and tape securely. Rember, somebody has to be able to lift it. If the carton is to heavy, the bottom can fall out and damage the contents. Don't use masking tape.
• Point cup handles and pitcher spouts to the center of the carton.
• Pack books and records on end in a small carton. Valued books should be wrapped in paper or tissue first.
• Nest lampshades seperatley in lightly crushed paper.
• Do not pack flammables, areosols, bleach, corrosives or plastic squeeze bottles: take them in your car or throw them away.
• Tape shot food boxes and medicines. Avoid packing liquids.
• Mark your packed cartons well.
• Protect mirrors, pictures and glass in flat cartons.
• Prepare a first day carton with snacks, soap, towels, etc.

• Consult your Benny's Moving & Storage consultant. Your job manager will
  work with you to finalize a moving plan that incorporates equipment, material, and the order in which to move your property.
• Your consultant can help you determine which items need to be packed and which items do not require packing.
• Benny's Moving & Storage can supply your company with a complete array of moving materials.
• Color, numeric, and specialty label systems will be provided to ensure all items arrive at their specified location.
• Our product inventory system ensures that property requiring spesial handling will be integrated into your relocation plan.
• Adequate time for packing and delivery are calculated as part of your total moving plan.
